6.1. The User shall be entitled to:

6.1.3. Receive the information regarding the processing of the Personal Data from the Administration if such a right is not limited in accordance with any federal laws. The User is to be entitled to demand the Administration to clarify the Personal Data, as well as block or destroy it, if the Personal Data is incomplete, irrelevant, inaccurate, illegally received or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and take the measures prescribed by law in order to protect own rights. 6.2.1. Use the information received only for the purposes specified in Clause 4 hereof.
6.2.2. Ensure that the Confidential Information is still confidential, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible way the transferred Personal Data of the User, except for Sub-Clause 5.2. hereof.
6.2.3. Take precautions to preserve the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data according to the procedure usually applied to protect this kind of the information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4. Block the personal data related to the User from the date when the relevant appeal or request of the User or his/her legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of the Subject of the Personal Data for the period of the verification in the case of revealing any inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
7.1. The Administration, which does not perform its obligations, shall be liable for any losses incurred by the User in relation to the unlawful use of the Personal Data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for any cases described in Sub-Clauses. 5.2. and 7.2. hereof.
7.2. In the case of any loss or disclosure of the Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this Confidential Information is:
7.2.1. In the public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Received from the third party before it is received by the Administration.
7.2.3. Disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The User shall be fully liable for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and any related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to them, including the full liability for the content, as well as the form of materials.

7.5. 8.1. Before applying to the court with the claim regarding any disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is necessary to submit the claim (written or electronic proposal) for ensuring the voluntary settlement of the dispute.
8.2. Within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the receipt of the claim the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the consideration of the claim in the written or electronic form.
8.3. If any agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy, as well as the relationship between the User and the Administration.
9.1. The Administration shall be entitled to amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
